Returning Your Dolls to You  

Priority is given to dolls in the order in which payments are received.  I will begin restoring your dolls after payment is received in full.  

Once payment (check or money order if in the US, bank transfer or money order if outside the US) is received, I will email you with an estimated return shipping week.
Turn-around is generally about 4 - 6 weeks from the date payment is received for most restoration services (for re-rooting, turn-around time may vary) 
I do my best to complete all orders in as promptly as possible.  If I run behind schedule I will email you an updated status for your order. Your patience is much appreciated.

Photos - I do not email before/after photos of dolls; therefore please take desired 'before' photos before you ship your package.

Dolls may return home with a piece of cello over their hair to train it to stay in place, close to the face, or, if I have improved the stance, a piece of saran wrap may be around the legs. It is suggested that these be left on as long as possible.

Ponytails will arrive home with a tiny piece of invisible thread, attaching the ponytail (or other hairstyle) in place. This may be left in place or it is easy to carefully snip the little thread.

All transactions are final. In the rare case that a client may be unsatisfied, I thank you for the opportunity to offer a rework (only).

For those within the U.S.A. I will return your restored dolls via US Priority mail with online viewable tracking. If you have sent more than one doll, they will be returned together in one package. 

For those outside the U.S.A. I will ship your return package via Priority mail with online viewable tracking. I will indicate on the customs form that the contents is 'returned goods,' and I am returning a used toy(s) to the original owner after repair.
It is possible that you may not be required to pay import tax (duty) on your pre-owned, personal property, but please consult your local customs authorities for your individual country's tax laws and regulations regarding this matter. I am not responsible for any duties or charges that may be assessed.

Pick up / Drop off service is not available.  I apologize, but there are no exceptions.
